There are many software options now in the market that can do Topological Optimization or Generative Design.

The first on my list is Altair with Optistruct solver and Hypermesh as Pre-post. This was one of the first.

The second from the same company is Altair-Inspire (easy to use). 

The third on my list is MSC/Hexagon. Apex Generative Design, I think they use MSC/Nastran.

Autodesk/Fusion 360 is another option, the main advantage is that runs in macOS and windows. Also uses cloud computing.

Ansys, Siemens NX, and Siemens Solidedge also have. 

You can also use the Ansys software, in the workbench you can use the topological optimization technology, it is useful to reduce the weight of mechanical components, depending on the stress analysis.
