I'm looking for some advice and best practices around onboarding new sales hires, especially in today's remote or hybrid work environments. Our team is growing, and while we have a decent in-person golf hit onboarding process, we're finding it more challenging to replicate the same level of integration, knowledge transfer, and team cohesion when new reps aren't physically in the office every day.
